list. We provide free home delivery services through SF Express. Customers can also opt-for self-pickup services at SF Stores/ SF Service Points/ EF lockers or Blumen Self-pickup Points or stores.

Buy online, pick up in-store is only available at the new store in North Point. HK$20 handling fee will be charged for pick up at stores in Tsim Sha Tsui & Kowloon Bay.
We will deliver to the address stated on the order. Once the
package is dispatched, you will be able to receive an email indicating the
tracking no., which you could track your package on SF Express’ website.
If you wish to edit or change your delivery address after the
order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible for further arrangement.
No changes will be accepted once the package is dispatched.
If SF Express fails to reach you and you are not able to collect
the package within 3 days, an additional charge will be applied.
All deliveries outside of Hong Kong will be handled by SF
Express, unless specified otherwise. Shipping fee will be collected at the time
of delivery.
In case of stock shortage after you have placed your order, we
shall inform you as soon as possible by email and refund your purchase via
credit card or Paypal account, depending on the payment method you used, within
7 working days. Please accept our apology for the inconveniences caused.
You are entitled to return a faulty or damaged item to us within 3 days from the date you receive it. Please contact us within the timeframe stated for further arrangement.
Return
We only accept returns for goods with obvious defects or manufacturing faults. (Small creases or wrinkles on the shoes are considered to be non-faulty as this could be a characteristic for genuine leather)
Compared with other hides, calfskin is generally smaller in size and has more natural creases. Since calves could get stunk and scratched outdoors, and colouring varies with different sizes and body parts, features including spots, creases, scars, and patterns might be formed despite our efforts in selecting spotless leather. Please understand that these features are often considered by the industry as a natural beauty of leather.
*All discounted items are non-refundable except that pre-ordered items can enjoy the right to change the size once (if not used within 3 days).
Return and Exchange Policy You are entitled to return a faulty or damaged item to us within 3 days from the date you receive it. Please contact us within the timeframe stated for further arrangement.
Exchange

You are entitled to exchange once for
sizing problems (Postage NOT included).
2.
Please check your items carefully upon
receipt. In case of wrong or missing products, please inform us within 3 days
and we will handle the exchange immediately with postage included. However, we
are unable to assist with any exchange requests outside of the 3-day
refund/exchange policy timeframe.
3.
If you wish to exchange your items,
please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the goods. Please state clearly
the problems along with supporting photos, as well as your dates of purchase,
delivery and receipt.
4.
All product photos are taken in kind.
However, there might be colour differences between the actual product and the
photo shown online due to lightings or display setting of different monitors.
Exchange and return are not applicable to this case.
5.
All Blumen shoes are made in genuine
leather for the best walking experience. However, as much as we try to, we are
not able to accommodate feet shapes of each customer. We do not accept
exchanges or returns due to any discomfort brought by the shoes.
6.
We only accept returns of unused
products with original packaging. No returns will be accepted if the goods are
worn, damaged, stained, deformed or smell strongly of body odour.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
Promotions are only available in Hong Kong and Macau. Overseas customers are not entitled to any discounts. If you have any enquiries, please contact us by email before purchases.
Exchange is not available for overseas customers if the size does not fit. Heel cushions, insoles or toe fillers could be requested for oversized shoes.
Product return is only accepted in the presence of obvious defects. (A small patch of creases or scars are natural for genuine leather shoes and they do not qualify for a product return.) Product return is at the expense of customers. Please consider the above before placing an order.

To Take Care Of Your Leather Shoes That'll Make Them Last Longer
Use shoe trees Shoe trees are a must if you want your beloved leather shoes to last. Since Extremely soft collection are made of soft genuine leather, upon receiving the shoes, please keep the paper wads and the shoe trees therein. When you are not wearing the shoes, please put the paper wads and the shoe trees inside the shoes to maintain their shape.
Don’t wear them regularly We understand you might feel really comfy in your leather shoes but giving them a break is important. Do not wear them continuously for weeks, let them breathe.
When shoes get wet, make sure to dry them fast Water can be harmful to your leather shoes. The quick remedy is to use newspaper to stuff your shoes and let them dry. Do not keep your wet shoes near a heater as the shoes might dry really fast thus cracking the leather.
Clean with care Soak a cloth in warm water and wipe off the dust from your shoes. Then allow them to dry naturally, keep them away from the sunlight.
Use a leather conditioner from time to time Your skin gets nourishment from your body but leather (which is also a skin) can only survive on the nourishment that you provide. Leather shoes, due to your heavy dose daily routine, suffer wear and tear. The leather tends to lose its natural oils, moisture, and flexibility which leads to cracks on the shoes. Therefore using a conditioner once in two weeks is important.
Do not store them in a box Keeping leather shoes in open or on a shoe rack is always a great idea. Avoid storing them in a box for long as humidity can harm the leather.
